Sheriff's officials said the body was submerged in water.
Sgt. Dale Smith called the scene "complex," which is why multiple agencies were called to the location. It's unclear at this point if the incident is a criminal investigation.
The body was recovered around 3 p.m. Crews brought out kayaks and a stretcher for the recovery effort.
