An investigation was launched in eastern Davidson County after a gas station was robbed overnight.
The incident happened early Tuesday morning at a Mapco on Stewarts Ferry Pike in Donelson.
Officials with Metro police said an armed suspect entered the store and demanded money. The robber was able to flee on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect's description was limited at this time; however, police said they're looking for a white male, between 50 to 60-years-old, and is 5-feet 8-inches tall.
He was wearing a brown jacket with a red hoodie and was armed with a black handgun.
