A sketch of a new restaurant in downtown Franklin has gained a lot of attention.
It's what developers have planned for a part of the square, and it will be the first rooftop restaurant in Williamson County.
231 Public Square has been planned at the old First Tennessee bank building right on the square.
The plans have called for a restaurant on the ground, office space inside, and one very cool dining experience on the roof.
