Officials with the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office canceled a Silver Alert about two hours after it was issued for an Alzheimer’s patient.
An age was not released for Danny Pratt, who was last seen around 10:20 a.m. before he went missing from his Powells Chapel Road home.
Authorities said he was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado truck with the license plate number of KT4WV.
According to reports, he was possibly driving to Benton County.
The alert was canceled around 3:10 p.m. after officials said he was found safe.
