A suspect accused in a strong-arm robbery at a Hermitage area motel has been taken into custody.
The incident happened around 11 p.m. Thursday at the Select Inn on Old Hickory Boulevard.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said a man arrived at the motel expecting to meet a woman he’d met online.
When he opened the door, he was attacked by a man, while the woman robbed him.
The victim was able to identify the man and that suspect was arrested a short time later.
His name was not available.
Police said the female suspect is still on the run.
