Police have been searching for a suspect who robbed a Mapco in Bellevue.
The incident happened early Sunday morning at the Mapco in the 7700 block of Highway 70 South.
Reports stated there was only one employee at the store. That employee was outside while a customer was inside the business.
The customer asked the employee to come inside, and that’s when the customer pointed a gun at the clerk.
The suspect took cash and got away in a black Nissan Altima.
Anyone with information on this crime has been asked to contact police.
