Police said they need help identifying two people who wrote nearly $500 worth of bad checks.
The incident happened at the Belk store in Springfield Friday. Police said the man had an Arizona license, while the woman had a Tennessee license with a Memphis address.
A loss prevention specialist said the two left after he told them he would need to copy their ID's in order to accept a third check worth $500.
