A teenager was taken to the hospital after a drive-by shooting in Nashville overnight.
Officers said the 18-year-old victim was standing on Moorewood Drive when a person pulled up in a silver Impala and opened fire just before midnight, late Thursday night.
The teen was hit in the stomach and taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He has been expected to survive.
There was no description of the gunman.
