Two teens have been arrested for their alleged involvement in at least four separate hold-ups.
The incidents happened in less than one hour Wednesday night from approximately 6:40 p.m. to 7:20 p.m.
The two teens, identified as 19-year-old Ronald Hayes and 15-year-old Taylor Ewin, have been accused of approaching victims outside of homes on Barclay Square Drive, Long Branch Drive, Waikiki Boulevard, and Pebble Creek Drive.
The victims were robbed at gunpoint, according to reports.
Witnesses said the suspects were driving a silver Monte Carlo with front end damage and a headlight out.
Officials saw the vehicle on Antioch Pike near Haywood Lane around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, and the two were taken into custody.
Police said they found two realistic looking airsoft guns, a handgun, and a rifle on the side of the road near the suspects’ vehicle.
Authorities charged Hayes with three counts of aggravated robbery and one count of attempted aggravated robbery. He was being held in lieu of a $152,500 bond.
Police said at the time of his arrest, Hayes had been free on a $27,500 bond for an aggravated burglary arrest in February.
Ewin was charged with aggravated robbery in Juvenile Court.
