A roadway was closed due to a crash involving a tractor trailer that left the scene.
The wreck happened around 7:43 a.m. Thursday on Airport Road in Gallatin.
Officials said a tractor trailer hit an electric pole and fled from the scene.
The roadway was closed from Hartsville Pike to Colesferry Road with traffic being rerouted down both. It reopened before noon.
No further details were available as the investigation remained ongoing.
