Crews in Murfreesboro have been working to clean up vandalism in the city streets.
Authorities responded Saturday morning to Meigs Drive where someone had spray-painted the roadway during the night.
Officials said the vandalism included swastikas and other messages in several locations.
According to reports, investigators said they do not believe anyone was specifically targeted. Crews with the street department responded to pressure wash the street and paint over the vandalism.
Officials with the Murfreesboro Police Department’s violent crimes unit have been investigating the crime. Anyone with information has been asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-893-7867.
