A suspect has been arrested after punching one victim and attacking another with a machete.
The incident happened around 7:40 p.m. Saturday on Delaware Avenue.
Police said a fight broke out between roommates. The suspect pulled out a machete during the argument and hit one of the victims in the head with it.
He then hit the second victim with his fist before fleeing on foot toward nearby apartments.
Authorities said the two victims were taken to the emergency room. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The suspect was captured and taken into custody. No identities had been released as the investigation remained ongoing.
