A man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after allegedly being shot in the arm.
Reports stated the man went to the Domino’s Pizza in the 800 block of 4th Avenue South just after 10 p.m. Thursday saying he had been shot.
The victim said he had been walking near the Z Mart on Lafayette Street when he heard a gunshot and felt something hit his arm.
Authorities said the man did not see where the shot came from and was not able to give a description of the suspect.
The man was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for the wound to his forearm.
The investigation remained ongoing.
