One person was injured in a shooting on Central Pike in Hermitage.
The incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday on Central Pike at Tulip Grove.
According to the victim, he was waiting in his car at a stoplight when a green Chevrolet Tahoe pulled up beside him. Someone inside the Tahoe fired shots at the victim.
The suspect’s vehicle fled on Central Pike toward Wilson County.
Officials said the male suspect had a red bandana around his face.
The victim’s injuries did not appear to be life-threatening, according to police. The investigation remained ongoing.
