The summer vacation has officially ended in Wilson County, as students headed back to school Monday.
As a result, officials with Mt. Juliet Police said they’ll be providing extra attention in school zones this week.

Metro Nashville Public Schools were set to start back on Wednesday and Murfreesboro City Schools have a half day on Wednesday.
Rutherford and Williamson County Schools start back on Friday, while Montgomery, Cheatham and Sumner county students head back next week.
