Police said a woman has been arrested and charged with her 17th DUI.
Authorities said 59-year-old Dorothy Hanson crashed her vehicle on North Main Street Friday in Shelbyville.
According to the arrest report, she had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
Hanson also told police she drank two alcoholic beverages and that her license was suspended.
She had 16 prior DUI convictions since 1985.
Hanson has also been convicted of driving on a revoked license 15 times.
