A driver was rushed to an area hospital overnight after a fiery crash on Interstate 65.
Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department had to shut down I-65 near Rosa L. Parks Boulevard after a woman lost control, hit a pole and flipped around 3 a.m. Tuesday.
The car burst into flames after the crash.
Officers were able to get the woman out of the vehicle and doused the flames.
She was taken to an area hospital and is expected to recover.
