A woman has died following an early morning crash in Montgomery County.
The incident happened shortly after 6 a.m. Monday on Madison Street near Haynes Street in Clarksville.
Officials with Clarksville Police said 23-year-old Amanda Jo Peake from Clarksville was killed in the crash.
She was driving a small pick-up when the truck left the roadway and struck a pole.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
