Officials with the Metro Nashville Police Department have identified a woman who was killed in a crash involving two vehicles.
Authorities confirmed 55-year-old Kristi Randolph was killed in the wreck that happened on 8th Avenue South near Division Street around 9:20 p.m. Friday.
According to reports, she had been driving north on 8th Avenue when she crossed the center line for an unknown reason and hit a Honda Accord.
Randolph was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she passed away.
Officials said the driver of the Honda, identified as 35-year-old Brian Doss, was not seriously injured.
Reports confirmed both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
Police said there was no indication of alcohol or drug involvement.
The investigation was ongoing.
