Long-time Nashville attorney Dan Warlick has passed away at age 69.
Reports stated Warlick died Thursday morning of an apparent heart attack.
Warlick was still practicing law and had represented an untold number of clients over the years.
He was known for representing Elvis Presley's doctor, Dr. George Nichopoulos, and Warlick also witnessed Presley's autopsy.
At that time, Warlick was an investigator at the Shelby County Medical Examiner's Office.
Warlick also represented Tammy Wynette's daughters when they sued Wynette's doctor and her husband, George Richey, over her death.
Funeral arrangements for Warlick had not yet been released.
