NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Easter is right around the corner and with it, the debate over the nation’s top holiday candy.
According to a survey from RetailMeNot, 85% of people plan to spend around $50 on Easter candy this year.
The same survey found that Tennesseans prefer Peeps to other candies, including the popular Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs.
However, 73% of people disagreed with the Volunteer State, saying they don’t like Peeps -- at all.
Kentucky and Alabama agreed with the rest of the country, picking Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs as their favorite.
