NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A Mapco convenience store was robbed overnight by two armed suspects in Davidson County.
The incident was reported at a Mapco on Gallatin Pike in Madison.
Officials with Metro Police said two black males entered the store armed with handguns and demanded money.
After taking cash and the donation container on the counter, they fled the scene in an unknown direction.
Police said one of the suspects was wearing a grey hat with a black bandana over his face and was wearing an orange shirt. The other suspect was wearing an orange shirt, as well.
No additional details about the robbery were known.
