NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A Hermitage man who’s accused of killing his wife earlier this year has been brought back to Middle Tennessee.
Metro police said 42-year-old Ronald Dickens Jr. was returned to Nashville Friday night from Florida following his arrest back in February.
Police say he killed 30-year-old Shawnton Clay at the couple's Avalon Apartments home on January 25.
Deputy United States Marshals and Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies arrested him on February 5. At the time, police say he was driving the victim’s black Toyota Camry and had her bank card.
Police say Dickens is being held on a $3 million bond.
