NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Sex crimes detectives have asked the public’s help identifying a man who allegedly assaulted two women on Stones River Greenway.
The first incident was reported around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday when Metro police say the suspect asked the victim for directions before trying to grab her breast. She told police she turned away from him and he reportedly walked away laughing.

About 15 minutes later, police say a second victim reported that he grabbed her from behind using a towel and fondled her. She screamed and he ran away.
Investigators say the suspect appears to be in his 20s. He has short, dark wavy hair and was wearing dark shorts and tennis shoes. He carried a blue and green striped beach towel.
