NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Metro Nashville police arrested a man who is accused of taking photos of a woman in a store dressing room at Opry Mills Tuesday.

Investigators say 55-year-old Steven Murdock is charged with unlawful photography.

According to his arrest affidavit, a woman went into the dressing room at H&M Tuesday. While she was undressing, she told police she noticed a black object in the corner of the stall and realized it was a phone with its camera angled toward her.

According to the police report, the woman left the stall to get help and that's when Murdock came out of the stall from which the phone camera was seen. As the victim tried to get the phone from Murdock, police said she saw him deleting pictures, some of which were of her.

Murdock was arrested and taken to jail. He bonded out Wednesday morning and is due in court for a settlement hearing on September 6.
