NASHVILLE, Tenn. – TBI agents have arrested a man for trying to use social media to find an underage female for the purpose of sex.
Undercover agents found a post by 45-year-old Randall Todd Soulliere on August 18.
They responded to the online ad, and during the course of the investigation, an agent posed as a minor.
Agents arrested Soulliere in Nashville without incident and charged him with one count of Solicitation of a Minor. His bond at the Davidson County Jail was set for $10,000.
