A man has been taken into custody after a “clerical error” led to his release in Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said 19-year-old Quindarius Jordan was arrested Thursday by the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force.
He was found hiding under a kitchen sink in a Bell Road apartment.
Jordan had been indicted for allegedly shooting a 62-year-old woman on Litton Avenue last October.
On June 15, he was mistakenly released from jail.
