BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WTVF) — Police were called to a residence on Plum Springs Rd. in Bowling Green early on Sunday morning after a vehicle slid off the road and into the front of a home.
The vehicle came to a rest in the living room of the home.
According to police, the driver, Cody Magley, was operating his vehicle while intoxicated when the collision occurred.
While no injuries occurred as a result of the crash, Magley was arrested at the scene on several charges including Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/drugs, Wanton Endangerment First Degree (two counts( and Criminal Mischief.
Magley was taken to the Warren County Regional Jail.
