A Gallatin man was arrested and charged for allegedly making a false jail assault report.
Landon Gilley claimed he had been sexually assault while in custody at the Sumner County jail.
Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation learned Gilley lied about the sexual assault, and that no assault took place.
Agents arrested Chilley and charged him with one count of filing a false report. He was booked into the Sumner County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
