Williamson County deputies arrested a man who was wanted for a total of 34 burglaries in the last year.
Fredrick Carney, 25, was believed to be responsible for 27 vehicle break-ins and seven home burglaries.
He was charged with multiple counts of burglary, home burglary and vandalism after a grand jury indicted him on 84 charges.
Carney became a suspect after a stolen laptop was traced to his apartment.
Yet, once inside his apartment, investigators found more than $20,000 in stolen merchandise.
Some of the stolen property was returned to the owners, but many items that have not been claimed.
Officials asked anyone living in Thompson’s Station, Arrington or South Franklin that was a victim of a home or car burglary between September 2015 and December 2015 to call the sheriff's office at 615-790-5560.
