NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police say Elijah Millar is facing charges after police say he pulled out a handgun during the "No Kings" protest in Nashville at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park over the weekend.
Police officers were flagged down just before noon at Jefferson Street and 7th Avenue North, where they took Millar into custody.
According to witnesses, Millar was involved in heated arguments and spitting at people when he pulled out a gun that he kept pointed toward the ground, placing witnesses and others in the crowd in fear.
Millar's bond was set at $1,500.
Officials reported this was the only arrest related to the protest.
