A Davidson county man has been arrested and charged with trying to get someone to kill his wife.
Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation found that 55-year-old Gary Alan Montgomery had multiple conversations with an individual about having his wife killed.
The conversations happened sometime between May 2 and 3. He also agreed to sign over ownership of his house as payment.
On Thursday night, Montgomery, was arrested and charged with Solicitation to Commit Murder. He was booked into the Davidson County Jail and held on a $200,000 bond.
