Metro Nashville Police officers have arrested a man believed to be responsible for the murder of of his cousin back in October.
Officers arrested Charles J. Rutledge Wednesday and charged him with the murder of his cousin, Oshay Rutledge
Oshay was shot and killed on Oct. 25 near the intersection of 18th Ave & Church St.
Police Look For Suspects In Fatal Midtown Shooting
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said they arrived on the scene and found Oshay Lamar Rutledge shot in the head. He had allegedly ran to a Hookah Bar on Church Street after being wounded.
Rutledge was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
