A man was taken into custody after allegedly breaking into Hustler Hollywood and stuffing several DVDs in his pants.
The smash-and-grab was reported around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday at the business in downtown Nashville.
Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the man broke through the glass at the store on Church street. Once inside, he allegedly stuffed nearly a dozen DVDs in his pants.
Officers caught him as he tried to get out through the back door.
Police said the suspect had just gotten out of jail after serving time for two burglaries at Davidson County Z Mart stores.
