A suspected drunk driver was released after being arrested for his tenth DUI.
On Tuesday, William Arnold was arrested at a Madison Subway. Police said an allegedly intoxicated Arnold hit another person's car.
He has since bonded out.
This was his tenth DUI since 1993.
