CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Clarksville Police officers charged 32-year-old William Harvey Ellis (AKA Streetz) in connection to the deadly shooting of Marcellus Flynn in 2017.
Ellis was charged with the criminal homicide of Flynn at his residence on Ernest Shelton Drive on April 13 at 1:37 a.m.
