A man has been charged with homicide in the death of a small child in Tullahoma.
Officials with Tullahoma police said officers were called to the Tennova Harton Emergency Room at 6 a.m. Wednesday after a 4-year-old died.
The circumstances surrounding the child’s death were not yet known.
Police confirmed they have since charged a man with homicide in the case. His name was not released.
