A server at a Franklin Sonic Drive-In was taken by surprise when a man exposed himself at the carhop.
It happened at the Sonic on Murfreesboro Road on Oct. 3 around 9:40 p.m.
According to officials with police, the suspect pulled into a stall and ordered a cup of ice. When the carhop delivered it, the suspect’s genitals were exposed and he was engaging in lewd conduct.
The suspect asked the carhop if she would like to make $20, and drove away after she said no. The carhop is a minor.
The suspect was described as a heavy set male, bald with gray hair on the sides. He was driving the red Chevrolet 1500 Z71 pickup truck.
A $1,000 reward was offered in the case. Anyone with information was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-794-4000.
