A man accused of watching child porn in public has been charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators said Hendersonville police received a complaint that Michael Hilliard was watching sexually explicit material on a computer in public.
Officers then allegedly found him in possession of child pornography.
The 65-year-old was arrested and held in jail on $150,000 bond.
