NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police have released surveillance images of a man suspected of shooting and killing another man during an argument outside a Nashville gas station.
Metro Nashville police officers were called to a Shell gas station on Harding Place shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday in response to a shooting.
The victim, identified as 34-year-old Carlos Logan, was found in front of the entrance with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police said surveillance video showed that an argument led to a physical altercation between the two in the parking lot. A short time later, the victim returned to the store and was shot.
Officers said the shooter fled the scene in a truck.
The shooter has since been identified as 31-year-old Leroy Dallas Topp, Jr.
According to police, Topp has ties to Clarksville, Texas and Michigan.
