CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police found a man dead after responding to a shooting call in Clarksville.
Clarksville police say the call came in around 3 a.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Dresden Way.
When police arrived, they found a male juvenile in the road. The victim was already dead from a single gunshot.
The investigation has shown that during the incident, a homeowner looked out of his window and saw a person near his car, parked in his driveway. The homeowner - Jamison Mullins, 25 - fired a single shot, striking the person.
Mullins has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide, and is being held at the Montgomery County jail without bond.
The identity of the victim is being withheld for now.
