Man injured in Clarksville shooting; police searching for suspect

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — Police are investigating a shooting that sent one person to the hospital.

Clarksville Police officers responded to the 600 block of Providence Boulevard for a shots fired call. Once there, they found a man in his 20s with a gunshot wound near the intersection of E and Oak Street.

Officers also found multiple shell casings near the scene. They say a white Ford F-150 with multiple people inside leaving the scene.

The victim was transported to a Nashville hospital for treatment.

Police are trying to identify the owner of the Ford F-150 and looking for anyone with information on it or the driver. Anyone with information was asked to call Detective Koski at 931-648-0656, ext. 5286, Tipsline or 931-645-8477.
