NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A man was injured in a drive-by shooting south of downtown Nashville Thursday night.
The shooting was reported at 11:30p.m. near McCann Street and 2nd Avenue.
A man told police he was walking outside when someone shot him from a dark-colored SUV.
He was able to run to a nearby store on Lafayette Street and ask for help.
The victim was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and was expected to be alright.
