A man was taken to an area hospital after being robbed and stabbed in downtown Nashville.
The incident happened around 5 a.m. Wednesday at 2nd Avenue North and Broadway.

Officials with Metro Nashville Police said the victim reported being robbed of cash. He also sustained minor lacerations to his head.
No suspect description was available.
