Officials with the Scottsville Police Department arrested a man from an assisted living facility for allegedly killing another resident.
It happened at assisted living facility, Scottsville Manor, in Allen County just before 4 p.m. Thursday.
Officials said a 35-year-old man named The Reverend killed a 71-year-old man who also lived in Scottsville Manor. His identity had not yet been released.
Police said The Reverend used to go by Robert Reynolds, but legally changed his name.
