NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) — A 73-year-old man died of injuries he received in a crash on Murfreesboro Pike on Saturday.
Metro police said the victim, James M. Harding, was driving a Nissan Altima that collided with a BMW near the Forest View Drive intersection. The crash happened as the Altima was attempting to turn left onto Forest View Drive when it was hit by the BMW.
Harding was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment, where he later died of his injuries.
The driver of the BMW was not seriously hurt.
Police are investigating the crash to determine which vehicle had right of way at the intersection.
