A man has pleaded guilty to raping a three-month-old baby in Davidson County.
Michael Delk pleaded guilty to rape of a child and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
The 39-year-old was arrested in 2015 at a hotel on Murfreesboro Road. He was taken into custody after his wife reported seeing cell phone images of him raping a three-month-old.
“There are cases that come across your desk that will haunt you forever. This is one of those cases,” said Assistant District Attorney Chad Butler.
Delk was sentenced to 35 years in prison. He has to serve 100 percent of that time.
