A man's bond has been reduced in a double homicide case from 1996.

Patrick Streater has been accused of killing two 18-year-old girls when they worked at an Exotic Tans business in Nashville.

Melissa Chilton and Tiffany Campbell were killed. The case went unsolved for years until investigators discovered Streater's DNA matched samples found at the crime scene.

According to reports, the state came to the decision the case was too weak, and in court on Wednesday, Streater’s bond was lowered from $750,000 to $25,000.
