An investigation got underway overnight after a man was shot at a Hermitage intersection.
Metro Nashville Police officers said the shooting happened during a robbery on Central Pike just after midnight Wednesday.
The victim was taken to TriStar Summit Hospital in a private vehicle before officers arrived to the scene.
He has non life-threatening injuries.
There was no description of the gunman at this time.
