NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man was killed in a shooting, and according to police, the incident began as an argument over a dice game.
Authorities identified the victim as 20-year-old Issac Gilbert. Police responded to the shooting shortly after midnight early Sunday morning outside of the G building at Trinity Hills Apartments on East Nocturne Drive.
Officials said Gilbert was on the ground. He died at the scene.
Police said they believe the argument over the dice game escalated into a fight outside which led to the gunfire.
Authorities said they were pursuing leads to identify and track down the gunman.
